Alright Scalpelheads, this is a short, but a very important issue…
It’s about the toxic ex in your life. Sugar.
And yes I mean all of them. Sugar, honey, agave, maple syrup, rice syrup. If it tastes sweet and has calories, it counts. Your pancreas does not care that it came from a “beehive in Tuscany.”
Here is the thing: All sugars work the same. Glucose spikes your blood sugar and insulin. Fructose clogs your liver. Both tag team your metabolism like two drunk wrestlers.
By the way, their cousin, starch, is not innocent either.
Bread, potatoes, corn, pasta. They all turn into glucose in minutes. So in your body a slice of bread might as well be a cupcake wearing a fake mustache.
So what happens when you quit?
